Fooster:
The Marketplace for the Next Gen Athlete

As a co-founder of a marketplace, I have to wear many hats, including designer, social media guy, merchandise designer, web developer, e-commerce specialist, and writer. Here are some of the pieces I’ve put together so far.

Yes, I’m a writer, but I started as a designer back in the day. I am familiar with the Adobe suite and most design platforms, even though I still prefer Photoshop.
Social Media

As a marketplace, Fooster has to constantly release new products, make announcements, launch athletes, etc., and there’s no better way to do that than with a post. There are just a few of the examples. If you want to see more, please visit @foosterco (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube)

I’ve also designed some dope stickers. Because yeah, nothing better than opening your Fooster box and getting some free goodies.

And some other random bits and bobs, like race day banners and promo packs.

We also include a thank-you note in each box. We like to tell visual stories with everything we ship.

I also have the opportunity to write, direct, and edit Fooster’s videos, such as these from the Mid-State Mile. The task was simple: capture content and edit it right away. Each video was a stand-alone story, and the compendium would make a 15-minute documentary on the hardest backyard ultra in the USA.

Most of these videos reached 60k views on Instagram in less than 2 hours, with no paid media behind them. Here is a sample:

If you’ve made it this far, I recommend checking out our site. I’ve designed and coded every single item on Fooster’s website.
Look for thefooster.com or click here.

And yeah... some more design stuff. Building a brand from the ground up requires lots of it. I would’ve included the brand book, but it seems a bit much.
