We Save Lives is an organization that abdicates safe driving by creating conscience about the dangers of driving under the influence (Drunk, Drugged, or Distracted). But as with many NGOs, the budget is limited. So, what do you do when you have an idea and the budget is ZERO? We raid the internet to show how life can change in a second when you're not paying attention to it.
